Payment Schedule
50% due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled
2 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit
A pre-authorization of ¥40,000 is held on 1 day before arrival
and voided on 2 days after departure.
